When they say open 24 hours they mean it! I needed a new water heater and work crazy hours so it’s difficult for me to call businesses during normal working hours so when I stumbled across Water Heaters Only and saw that they take calls 24/7 I thought that’s exactly who I need. I hesitated calling at 11:00 at night thinking it would be an answering service who wouldn’t really be able to answer my questions or schedule my appointment - I was definitely wrong! The rep that answered the phone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to schedule my install for the next morning! Total shocker! I then received a call at 7:45 AM to confirm the installation time and to let me know that the installer would be coming from North County so he wouldn’t be here until 10 AM which was fine with me because I was still sleeping, ha ha. Clayton arrived on time and completely prepared for my installation. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and got right to work. He was efficient and had everything removed, installed, and ready to use in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend and appreciate how smoothly the installation was done.
