Danny 177157 came on time and immediately checked the tank and he explained to me everything and all possible options and I picked to replace it after knowing that it was mire than 10 years old. He immediately worked on it, and he did it so well and he made sure that everything is properly and correctly attached. He's so patient and after several hours the water heater was properly attached and secured. He's so efficient, kind and courteous. He's so patient answering all my questions because I'm new to it and after he's done he taught me what to do just in case it leaked again and there's to one that can come right away. Thank you so much for your help and thank you Water Heaters Only for sending someone who's responsible and knows what he's doing. Job well done.

This is our second time using Water Heaters Only. They responded quickly and sent a technician out the next day. Clayton Young did an outstanding job and is an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to replace our leaking water heater and bring everything up to code. He kept me posted on his arrival time, explain everything he was doing, and even let me record a video of how to relight the pilot. I would definitely ask for him again should we have water heater issues.

John B arrived about halfway within the time window given on the phone, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and then got right to work removing my old leaking water heater and installing a new one. It only took a couple hours from start to finish, and he cleaned the area up better than he found it. I was pleased with the promptness, the work, and the price, and found John to be knowledgeable and efficient, as well as very friendly and personable. All in all, a good experience, and I would recommend him and this company. Thank you.

My husband is very handy around the house and on the rare occasion we hire someone to do some work or install something, he typically complains about the shoddy workmanship (he is a perfectionist). When we had our water heater installed, he commented that the installation was very professional. We have been married 24 years and I think that’s the first time I’ve heard him say that… so kudos and plaudits to Water Heaters Only— that’s quite a feather in your cap!

Unlike a couple of other companies I telephoned they were kind enough to inquire about my old heater and quote me a price for replacement. John B was the technician assigned to my job. When they say open 24 hours they mean it! I needed a new water heater and work crazy hours so it’s difficult for me to call businesses during normal working hours so when I stumbled across Water Heaters Only and saw that they take calls 24/7 I thought that’s exactly who I need. I hesitated calling at 11:00 at night thinking it would be an answering service who wouldn’t really be able to answer my questions or schedule my appointment - I was definitely wrong! The rep that answered the phone was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to schedule my install for the next morning! Total shocker! I then received a call at 7:45 AM to confirm the installation time and to let me know that the installer would be coming from North County so he wouldn’t be here until 10 AM which was fine with me because I was still sleeping, ha ha. Clayton arrived on time and completely prepared for my installation. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and got right to work. He was efficient and had everything removed, installed, and ready to use in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend and appreciate how smoothly the installation was done.

The representative, Justin appeared at the beginning of the 4 hour window and was courteous and help me to understand the new codes & regulations that would be needed to be completed before he installed in the water heater. Justin was great. My water heater broke during the night and was leaking. He came out same day to install a new one. Updated the gas line, water supply, sediment trap, and expansion tank. Looks so much better than the old one. He worked quick and was professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! Friday morning after Thanksgiving and water heater died. Called WHO and got scheduled for the next afternoon. John B called to let me know he was on his way, showed up right on time, looked at our old setup and immediately said “no problem”. Even though our old water heater still had water in it. Even though it’s kind of an awkward location. No problem. John was meticulous, obviously knew what he was doing, and explained everything I asked. Totally professional. All done for a fair price, and on a holiday weekend! WHO goes in my list of companies to call, companies to recommend to my friends.

John B. provided me tons of information on what each component does, and I felt very confident in his ability to install the water heater. It was also great to find out that John B. is a Navy Veteran as we were talking during the installation process, as I am as well. Kudos to the company for hiring veterans! The price was well within the quote when I called and asked. Would definitely recommend!
